App will not open at all anymore

The app continuously has to be reloaded, will get caught on pages, lags, or will shutdown in the middle of a function. I’ve had to fill out forms more than once as a result. Articles won’t open properly and I am doing the required app updates!

Genuinely just wanting the developer to see this message as I had tried to report this issue through their website and through Apple support, but could not get to a spot where it could be submitted. I’ve had the app since May and had created a profile but now that I’ve tried to log in since updating the app, it won’t open and just gets stuck on the login page. It will not progress passed that point despite closing the app entirely, deleting the app and redownloading, or even restarting my phone.

Nona provides coaching and support during pregnancy and after childbirth at Hoag hospital. A key resource and companion.

Hoag is already an amazing hospital to give birth at, add they have their own app for mothers who need support whenever via cell phone! It has answers  to postpartum questions pertinent to me as a mom with a newborn.
