My HOA wants me to use this app but both the mobile site and app just stay on the loading screen.

My HOA recommends this app, but it won’t let me create an account. The issue is, after choosing my community, choosing my address is required, but there is no address showing up as a choice. I do have HoA account # and voting code issued by my HOA, but I can’t create Hoampage account because of this.
