## What is HOAParkingPatrol?

This app, ParkingPatrol, is used for checking vehicle's parking violation.  It is mainly targeting for HOA community parking patrol.  It uses OCR to scan the vehicle's plate number then check against the database.  Based on the data in the database, it can automatically create a violation record. You can even get rid of parking permit stickers or hangtags.
