Additionally completely misidentified multiple cards. No one replied to any of the messages. Eventually reached out to one of their partners and the partner attempted to connect me with them. Finally got an e-mail and I replied to that. For whatever reason you can only Que up three cards at a time for rapid scan. Before the update, I was able to scan many cards at one time and they would eventually show the results but now you have to wait very long for each queue. **Developer response:** Appreciate you.
