The diet plan they sent me is also customised according to my own personal preferences and so is the time schedule for my classes. All the people are really amazing. I was connected to Ritik my customer support representative and he’s been really helpful and good. I especially love how the workouts don’t feel like “exercise” — it feels like a dance party while still giving great cardio results. The app interface is user-friendly, sessions start on time, and the overall experience feels very organized. It’s been a great way to stay active without getting bored. The entire journey from explaining me the joining process, what would be good for my health and how I can achieve my set goal via the activities and a personalised diet plan were shared with me. Ritik has been very supportive in the entire process. The selection of timings for the classes is as per your daily convenience and even you can pause your plan for few days if you are unable to join the classes and those days get extended in your plan . Fraud !!! *2026-02-09* I had a very disappointing experience with this app. When I joined, it was not clearly mentioned whether the Zumba classes were live sessions or pre-recorded videos. In the USA, “online classes” are generally understood to be live unless clearly specified otherwise, so the lack of clarity was misleading. I realized the issue quickly and contacted support within 24 hours of payment, but they refused to provide a refund. The customer service experience was poor and felt very unhelpful. I strongly recommend that the app clearly explain class formats before users pay, and improve their refund policy and customer support. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. ### 1/5 — Scam and lies- dont trust their policies and what thy say *2026-01-17, version 7.4.22* Absolute SCAM. They tell that they give live classes and full flexibility at every hour to join, however the classes are all recorded. They will say for privacy reasons only the tutor can see you and you cant see anyone else etc but no fitness classes say or do like that. How can just 1 trainer in bhangra stay like entire day without break. Its bhangra and not just a sit and play thing. They would ask you to download an app which is not atall good. It is majorly focussing on your period cycles and thats it. All and all its not good in any ways. They have charged me and vanished and have not provided any diet plan. Until they do not get money the pester you to purchase more expensive packages but do not fall for it. They are big fraud. We have lot of online pre recorded videos in YouTube for free why would we pay and enroll here. They will never succeeded in their business if they run it this way!!!!
