### 1/5 — Crashes immediately on opening

*2020-12-21*

### 1/5 — Crash

*2020-12-15*

This app won’t even open on my phone anymore. iPhone8 14.2

### 1/5 — Not working

*2020-09-24*

This app closes automatically and it is not working. Please fix it.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2019-07-30*

You can submit things but can’t see the progress due to error messages. Why can’t the city fix this???

### 1/5 — The requests aren’t working

*2019-06-06*

You can submit a request via the app, but anytime you try to access the request it just says “this cannot be found” and it crashes. A city official responded to my request with a question but I can’t reply back.

### 1/5 — Cannot Submit Annoying people noise complaint

*2012-09-09*

I live on 1st street and willow. It seems like anything past park is fair game for these drunken idiots to walk in the street and loiter and an insane volume. There is no option to submit a "loud raucous persons" report. Consistently after 12 and after the bars close it's like a friggin block party and I need authors for reporting this.

### 2/5 — It's a start

*2013-07-28*

Needs some improvements like under the noise complaints how do you not have neighbor? You only have animal oy equipment.

### 5/5 — Works on my iPhone

*2012-10-10*

Gives you a way to complain to the city.

### 5/5 — Works great

*2012-03-10*

Easy to use.
