Tried getting a ride to get back home after a school club, but even at 4:45 PM (which is and hour and 15 minutes before service ends) no riders were available despite my pick-up spot and destination both being in the range of drivers.

All the time, after school around 4:30, anytime I use the app to go home it’s always saying no ride available, as I literally see a rapid ride car pick up someone.

I feel rapid should run way past 6, and it’s no way people cant get a rapid around 5 when ts closes at 6-6:30, thats just drivers neglecting people that have places to be.

I stayed afterschool for the first time ever and I thought having this app meant I always had a ride available or any sign of one being available soon so I thought it was smooth sailing from there. Nope, simply said that there were no drivers to get me and nothing else. Dad was stressed out and I was in trouble and probably wouldn't be allowed to stay afterschool after that. I went on the app before 6-6:30 because I know drivers aren't available after that or something and my destination was in the area that this app says the drivers can get to. I understand that this isn't like Uber or anything like that and I should be grateful that this app is available but still :(
