Found this app addictive. 

So easy to get started- within minutes I had learned something I was going to apply in my next session. 

Video clips are nice and short and to the point 👌this app is the cheat code!

Simple to use, nice clear video. I’ve been watching a video before each session recently and it gives me something clear to focus on. Makes such a difference getting guidance from an expert!
