Hi, this app is really useful but when placing an order says to put in digits only for the Rx#. This is inaccurate, the # symbol is also needed to correctly read the number, please fix this so people can use it effectively.

The idea is great and I would love to be able to refill my prescription through the app instead of calling but EVERY prescription has an invalid Rx number so the app is useless. Yet, the Rx number works when I refill over the phone. Please fix this.
