Wenn man Zahlungsmittel hinzufügen möchte (Paypal oder Visa), wird der Screen weiß und die Methode ist nicht vorhanden. ### 3/5 — App an sich ganz gut, aber ausbaufähig *2026-01-22, version 1.3.2* Mail zum zurücksetzen des Passworts funktioniert nicht. Es erfolgt häufig ein Ausloggen der Nutzer. ### 1/5 — Einfach grottenschlecht *2025-11-29, version 1.2.8* Anmeldung war nicht möglich, weder über Mail, noch Tel.nr. oder Apple Login. Nach mehrmaligen Anschreiben hat der Kundenservice dann erst nach 3 Wochen (!!!) geantwortet. Standard Text - ich solle die App neu installieren. Als ob sowas nicht offensichtlich wäre. Nach Aufforderung, sämtliche Daten von mir zu löschen, wurde mir stattdessen der Account freigeschaltet. Nach wiederholte Löschungsersuch kam eine automatische Antwort, dass die Kollegin nun in Urlaub sei und ich noch ein paar weitere Wochen warten müsse, da die Mail nicht weitergeleitet wird. Meiner Meinung nach ist diese Firma der letzte Dreck. Die anderen Bewertungen sprechen ja auch Bände - keine Rückerstattungen, keine Antworten, kein Service... Lasst bloß die Finger weg, solche Firmen gehören verboten! ### 1/5 — Schlechter Kundenservice *2025-10-13, version 1.2.8* Die App lässt sich super aufladen mit Geld. Allerdings kann man über den QR-Code das Geld nicht ausgeben. Mehrere Wochen Emailkontakt gehabt aber keine sinnvolle Lösung. Geld wird auch nicht zurück überwiesen. Sehr anstrengend ### 4/5 — Insgesamt gut noch mit kleinen Kinderkrankheiten. Super Support! *2025-10-02, version 1.2.8* Ich finde die App insgesamt gut und übersichtlich. Wir hatten nach dem letzten Update ein paar Schwierigkeiten, dass Kollegen nicht bezahlen konnten und bei mir ging die Aufladung nicht mehr. Mein Problem wurde jedoch innerhalb eines Tages durch ein App-Update behoben. Der Kundensupport war gut erreichbar und hat sehr schnell, freundlich und hilfreich reagiert. :) Zwei Featurewünsche/Verbesserungsvorschläge: - In der Transaktionshistorie nicht (nur) den Produktpreis anzeigen sondern auch was man tatsächlich selbst bezahlt hat (bei Bonusprogramm z.B. vom AG) - Unterstützung von ApplePay oder zumindest hinzufügen der Karten aus dem Wallet ### 3/5 — Naja, so Mittelmäßig *2025-05-06, version 1.0.5* Im groben und Ganzen funktioniert die App ja schon. Nur leider großes Manko, wenn man auf „Automatische aufladung“ klickt bekommt man nur einen schwarzen Bildschirm. Man muss die App dann komplett schließen. Verbunden ist dann aber nichts. Man kann zwar eine Art prepaid Guthaben drauf laden, aber dann hat man immer einen Restbetrag in der App rum liegen.
