There is 2 apps with the same name but they have the opposite problems. If you want to run it again you must re-enter all the waypoints again. Installing and setup was easy with no type of issues involved. Everything worked and continues to work. I’m using a Akaso V50 Elite camera and unfortunately there is no camera connection and the camera controls on the Hohem iSteady Pro 4 are useless. Fingers crossed for a 5 star firmware upgrade to get this issue solved. Better off using iPhone camera *2022-06-27* I got the stabilizer that goes with their app and decided to test it out, so I could do zooming and whatnot during an interview I was conducting. Well, it turns out that the file was “too big” to save in the app and never saved in my videos. It instead saved to a folder in files on my iPhone. I though, ok that’s fine, it’s safe there. Well I was wrong, because the next time I opened the app it deleted the files from my iPhone. Poof, gone. Not in recently deleted folder, just completely gone. This is an awful app, with an awful design and may well cause you to lose precious work. This app has cost me more time and money that the whole gimbal cost in the first place. My unit only has firmware 2.000 and these features don’t work at all. Hohem advertises new functions even on older units, but support ignores all messages. You Will not find any remote control functions because the app is all about facial recognition functions which are finicky and practically useless. Any other company’s gimbal phone app will provide a remote control function. This gimbal, this app is advertising but not delivering. As far as the gimbal go’s, any other brands will yield better results. Hohem has NO business selling any product under a “pro” banner. They don’t make any real pro models. cheap parts, basic functions to mask the lack of Pro features. Pro features like, remote monitoring remote control, fixed positioning, and let’s not forget that these products are just an attempt to recreate successful products made by companies that actually develop these devices. This company brings nothing to the table but bad knockoffs. And still manages to be unable to deliver a functional product. ### 1/5 — Broken on IOS *2023-04-18, version 1.0.81* Moon allow you to do motion labs with time greater than 30 seconds.
