I like HoHoHabit, because it turns boring daily punching into an interesting "cultivation game". Every time you persist, there is feedback and a sense of accomplishment, which makes it easier for people to stick to it for a long time. The interface is also very refreshing, easy to use and not tiring, which is very suitable for developing good habits.
