If you send them any money, you will never get it back. Suddenly, the withdrawal function will "temporarily" disappear forever, and trying to send tokens to another wallet will end with an "error" that their "team of experts" will struggle with for months. Their customer service is a joke, but what can you expect from scammers. I am surprised that Apple still provides their app, which is used to extort money. Then it began. The switch to choise, well my word it’s been bad and only getting worse. Initial offerings of crypt were short lived and never came to anything, then funds 22k crypt vanished from my account and no one can tell me where they went. Highly frustrating. Then came along their second offering of CHO , another promising token that just caused another world of pain through trying to recover profits. Then there was the Chobies. Another flop and another loss. So as these earning pools finish I will be removing all funds and never returning. Ive had enough. And the removal of xrp off their exchange has to be the final straw. There’s no way to get it off! They state it can be sent by wallet however with the correct address and tag no matter how big or small the amount it never lets it go through. Live chat is a nightmare to navigate and it always ends up getting escalated. Or in other words live chat can not fix it so some one will email you without any further context and tell you case closed. Then it’s back round the loop again. I just can not wait to cut ties with this company. It currently feels like theft as the resistance and barriers put in place to stop you achieving what you want is ridiculous. You would have an easier time and likely more profitable time by flushing your cash straight down the loo. You have been warned. ### 1/5 — Never buy choise *2025-01-18, version 12.2* I downloaded the app when it was named crypterium. Which was a nice project. I put there 1.500 $ and now they forced me to convert them to this new crypto CHOISE which i cannot withdraw (I knew it but crypterium was dead so it was the only reasonable thing to do). And now the value of my funds is 70 $. Stay away from this crypto, in my opinion. Should be removed from the Store asap! ### 1/5 — Title: Russian Scammers *2025-09-11, version 13.0* I am absolutely dissatisfied with them. They often start projects that end up in a dead end, and you lose all your money there. This crypto is constantly falling. It never really grows. And if it does grow, you can’t buy quickly. I believe those chart spikes are pre-planned. They drop very fast and rise very slowly. Over the years, you just lose all your money. Then they disabled my account, and everything I had there — and it was quite a lot — disappeared. I also had drops on deposit from which I was supposed to receive money. At first, they promised it would be in a year. Then, without any explanation, they extended it to five years. And even as the five years were coming to an end, right before the five years were up, they just deleted the account. That’s the kind of people they are. I also bought their image called Chobies — quite a few of them. They promised that after one year it would be possible to unlock and claim a certain amount of Cho from each image .But when the time came, it was impossible to unlock those thousands of Cho . When I asked why, they replied once saying, “we’ll look into it,” and after that they never did anything and stopped responding altogether. They are absolute fraudsters. Hiding behind supposedly new and incredibly “cool” projects, but in reality, it’s all just smoke and mirrors. The app itself is quite easy to use, helpful and well designed. For Storing&Staking aswell as smaller Crypto use the app ist quite fine. Make sure you only invest what you are not dependent on! Many people above faced problems when trying to cashout. I had some problems too but a couple friendly emails with the support later my transaction went through. Just saying its not ok to cause delay in transfers but i can understand they have a hard time keeping the ship above waterline and on course. Speaking for me it turned out well and fullfilled expectations of what a credible company should do. Other big major issue tho is cannot add my Santander or hsbc bank card for payment, and to take funds out, had to buy crypto via another app and send funds or top up via PayPal and send to iban, been chatting to support about the issue and they said will hopefully be fixing that soon. I give it 5 stars because it is a very good app, and even though it does have 1 or 2 small issues, they are constantly working on issues and always making the app better.
