Can’t find my bib number, can’t zoom into the map, app closes randomly after logging in, wrong start and finish times, the list is endless. Additionally to that, nots of superfluous information such as average course completion time but a lack of useful information such as correct start times. Just completed the AJ Bell Bristol half and the app for that worked perfectly well and this race is twice the price and can’t compete. Shocking. ### 1/5 — Useless waste of time *2025-05-21* Didn’t work and we tried to track our friend and constantly showed him in the wrong place. Completely used him and we couldn’t support him at all during the run. We had to call in the midst of so much noise to actually find out where he was! ### 1/5 — Tracking feature *2025-05-18* Can’t find it ### 1/5 — Invest in design *2025-05-17* I’m participating in the Hackney half, and have found the user experience of this app atrocious. Considering they are charging 50 pounds to enter I would expect a much more seamless experience. Trying to help my pregnant girlfriend find where I’ll be on the day but I can’t seem to register my start number, she can’t find me and there’s absolutely zero feedback on what I could do or why there is an error. On top of this the nifty QR scanning feature just freezes. Oh, and there’s no customer support let alone FAQs for self service. Count your cash, and hang your heads in shame. Try harder. Please. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Incredibly poor *2026-05-18* Couldn’t add my bib number until about 8am on race day so most people couldn’t track me. The app repeatedly cleared off the people I had put on my list to track when I opened the app. Had to search them and add them all again each time. Unfortunately another mass event (not just running, also festivals etc do this) relying on an app at an event that is so large no one has any working data so it’s basically pointless. I was unable to track my friends once I had finished. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2026-05-17* Poor tracking, using the map on race day it kept zooming into the person I was tracking while I was trying to see the whole map to work out where I was in relation to him. Timing wasn’t accurate. ### 1/5 — Are you joking? *2026-05-17* Pish man - Claude could one shot a better app than this ### 1/5 — Unusable *2026-05-17* Not user friendly. The map freezes and requires the app to be restarted. Despite notifications being on it doesn’t notify at all when people I follow went through the splits. ### 1/5 — Tracking is woefully inaccurate *2026-05-17* Do not trust the runner tracking. It is extremely inaccurate. The map wouldn’t expand, I kept trying to zoom in, yet wasn’t able to. Also impossible to find the map for 5k. It’s too much visual design vs functionality.
