## What is Hoko?

Hoko makes it easier to start walking and keep the habit going.

Start walking immediately without choosing a destination, create a route to somewhere you want to visit, or add a destination when you discover an interesting place along the way.

During your walk, view your route, distance, time, steps, current speed, and daily goal progress. Afterward, save your mood and notes, then review your activity by week or month.

Connect Apple Health to view steps, walking distance, weight, and active energy alongside your walks. Hoko only reads this data and never writes data to Apple Health.
