### 1/5 — Funktioniert eigentlich gut aber

Ich habe 20 Minuten im Voraus mein wsw taxi bestellt nur damit dieses jetzt mehr als 20 Minuten Verspätung hat, womit ich auch mindestens 10 Minuten zu spät auf der Arbeit bin. 
Wenn ich die Fahrt stornieren möchte, da sie nicht mehr so abläuft wie ich als Kundin zugestimmt hab, muss ich für die Stornierung Geld bezahlen?? Also bin ich jetzt zwangsweise an diese Fahrt gebunden obwohl ich gerne geschaut hätte ob ein früheres Taxi für mich verfügbar gewesen wäre, stattdessen bin ich gezwungen zu spät zu kommen. Ich bin stinksauer.
Um 7:42 sollte mein taxi da sein wir haben 7:57 und jetzt kommt die Benachrichtigung es wäre in 5 Minuten da. Das ist unmöglich. Wenn die Kunden Verspätung auf Verschulden des Fahrers haben werden, sollte man die Stornierung umsonst vornehmen dürfen!

Super System, faires Angebot, freundliche Fahrerinnen und Fahrer sowie Mitfahrgäste - insgesamt nur zu empfehlen 🤓🙂‍↕️🌻🦋

Leider ist die letzte Aktualisierung der App nicht so gut gelaufen, denn seitdem ist sie viel ungeschmeidiger als sie zuvor einfach sicher zu nutzen und insgesamt sehr gut war und bestens funktioniert hatte. Hoffe, da tut sich bald was im Sinne von Re-Optimierung 🙏🏼🤓🙋‍♀️

Danke, dass es diesen unkomplizierten und tollen Service gibt. Die App ist einfach und unkompliziert zu nutzen und die Fahrten klappen total problemlos. Für mich die erste Wahl.

Damals musste man nur wenige Euro zahlen, um zu einem anderen Stadtteil zu gelangen. Jetzt zahlt man bereits mind. 8€.. Ich finde die Erhöhung schon enorm, da man auch oft mit anderen fährt und daher Umwege in Kauf nehmen muss und man oftmals nicht genau an der Stelle abgeholt oder rausgelassen wird. Da lohnt sich Uber viel mehr.

Ich habe eine Fahrt vom Hauptbahnhof nach Hause gebucht. Der Fahrer fährt deine Gäste ab und dann fährt er zu Burger King und auf einmal habe ich eine warte Zeit von nicht mehr 5 min sondern 35. Also storniere ich, buche eine neue fahrt. Dieser Fahrer fährt vom Barmen Bahnhof einfach nicht los und wenn ich das Dan storniere muss ich 2€ Zahlen. Wieso kann ich einen Fahrer buchen der dann nach der Fahrt Pause macht??? Wieso kann ich einen zweiten Fahrer buchen der garnicht erst losfährt (?) und dann muss ich 2€ bezahlen. 

Wenn ich dann euch mit dem Button „Kontaktiere uns“ anschreiben möchte passiert nichts außer das Gmail geöffnet wird.

Ich benutze es fast täglich und es sind fast immer die selben Fahrer, hauptsächlich Südländer. Ich habe damit kein Problem, aber wenn vorne ein Mann mit einem langen Bart sitzt und sein Gebet hört und das sehr laut, kriege ich Panik.

Start und Zielort lassen sich nicht festlegen.

Und der Service reagiert seit 10 Tagen nicht auf meine Email.
Ich will, dass all meine Daten aus der Datenbank gelöscht werden.

Es wird extrem viel abverlangt, noch bevor man diese App testen kann, um dann feststellen zu müssen, dass nicht einmal Standart funktionieren.

Weder die Texteingabe noch die Karte Eingabe wurden angenommen.
Selbst wenn man präzise Treffer wie Pestalozzistraße Angabe.
Die Karten Suche beschwert sich wenn man keine präzisen Treffer nennt die aber ein Touristen nicht kennen kann.

Von App-Entwicklung weit entfernt.

Die App ist ähnlich schlecht wie die Automaten.
Eben das Übliche bei den ÖPNV...
