À fuir, j’ai acheté des ticket pour le téléphérique en décembre 25,pour mon séjour à Barcelone en février 26. j’ai écrit pour me renseigner car j’avais vu travaux sur le téléphérique, on m’avait répondu que c’était bon une fois arrivé sur place le téléphérique en panne maintenance et maintenant pour me faire rembourser une galère car j’avais acheté les billets de bus qu’on a utilisé et il me répond des réponses bateau par mail donc surtout à fuir je ne sais pas comment je vais me faire rembourser!!!!

We used the Hola Barcelona app to purchase metro tickets and the Cable Car to Montjuic.  Both come as vouchers that need to be redeemed.  We wasted hours walking around trying to find where to exchange the voucher for physical tickets.  The kiosk is not at every metro stop so of course the first one we tried did not support Hola.  Fortunately a stranger stopped and told us which metro stop we could find. The right machine.  Would never use this site again

Why do I need the VAT ID for purchasing? Are you kidding me?

Update: I got the answer that it's because of the "full invoice" box. So, it would be very user friendly of your ad those information at three box. Thanks.

**Developer response:** You don't need a VAT number to make a purchase. To buy, you only need to provide your basic information during user registration: your full name and email address. The VAT number is only required if you want us to issue an invoice.

Useless, just use a kiost. You still need to visit a kiost to get your physical ticket even if you buy and pay through the app.

**Developer response:** It is true that Hola Barcelona Travel Card tickets must be collected from a vending machine, but the rests of the tickets do not. This restriction is imposed on us by the restrictions of the current integrated ticket validation system. Despite this, we are working to try to offer you users a better experience in the future.

nicht hilfreich, wenn der Ticketimport nicht funktioniert

and of course I used the order number as well as the correct email mentioned in the order confirmation mail. I have deleted the app during my stay as it was unusable for me.

**Developer response:** We understand that you are referring to importing purchases made on the website into the app. In this case, you can do this from the "Electronic wallet" section by selecting the option "Add your website purchases". You will need the purchase order that you will find in the confirmation email and the same email address with which you made the purchase.

### 1/5 — 5 Day Transportation Pass - Don’t buy anything through app or website.

Ordered a 5 day transportation pass and couldn’t redeem it. App is buggy and it charged my card. Called the main phone number and they couldn’t take care of it over the phone, but instructed me to send a form through the app and they’d get back with me. 

I walked the entire family to a train station and was trying to use it…we’re stuck. The phone advisor said this would be fast, but when you’re sitting at a train station, it’s not fast. Should have worked from the start. if not, it should have been resolved quickly over the phone. 

Don’t buy anything through this app. The other part, I can’t cancel the purchase, so I’ll have to go through my credit card company. 

What a PITA

**Developer response:** When you purchase a Holabarcelona Travel Card transportation pass, you receive a voucher that can be redeemed at any ticket machine in the Metro network. On the other hand, if you haven’t redeemed the voucher yet, you can request a refund through the Holabarcelona app. Go to the 'Shopping history' section, select the transaction, and request the refund.

Very unsatisfactory app and ticket system. 
-> Online pickup was not working.
-> Not able to import the ticket to the app afterwards. 
-> And why not get the ticket right away after purchase?

**Developer response:** Most travel tickets can be carried in the app's electronic wallet, either in final ticket or voucher format, and can be used directly to access the service. The only ones that need to be exchanged at Metro vending machines are the HolaBarcelona Travel Card. You can check it in the details of each ticket and in the purchase confirmation email.

In diesem Ticket sind nicht alle vorhandenen Zonen und Stationen drin, die wichtig für einen Touristen wäre. Es wäre viel billiger wenn ihr euch vor Ort ein Monatsticket holt, der nur 25€ kostet. Mit dem Hola Barcelona Ticket habt ihr ein Discount auf Attraktionen, aber das wurde nirgends auf der Website erwähnt. Regelrechter Scam.

**Developer response:** The definition of each transport ticket explains where it is valid to use it. In the case of the Holabarcelona Travel Card ticket, is a non-transferable travel card that allows you make as many journeys as you like using: metro and bus (TMB), Montjuïc funicular, urban railway (FGC, Zone 1), tram (TRAM) and regional railway (Rodalies de Catalunya, Zone 1).

Compré tres tickets de metro en el app, y solo me dieron dos. Además decía que incluía el autobús, y me dieron el más económico. Quiere decir que pagué más de lo que costaba en realidad y te dicen que te dan un %10 de descuento, lo cual es mentira. 
No hay servicio al cliente, trate de mandar un email y no funciona el link. 
El servicio del autobús es conveniente, te da chance de bajar y montarte en el siguiente bus que pase. En el primer bus la silla que me toco no servía el audio, pero en el siguiente si, y fue muy chévere escuchar la información.

**Developer response:** Entendemos que lo que compraste fueron títulos Holabarcelona Travel Card para poder viajar en metro y en Bus, si alguno de los tickets era para menores de 4 años es normal que no te lo tuvieses físicamente porque no lo necesitan. Por lo que se refiere al 10% de descuento se aplica en todas las compras digitales para los productos que lo indica. El descuento es en referencia al precio en presencial. Finalmente, tienes un apartado de Contacto en el menú de la app que te ofrece un teléfono y un formulario para expresar tu opinión.
