## What is Hola Stay?

Hola Stay is the app for owners and managers of tourist rentals on the Spanish coast (Costa Blanca, Costa Cálida). All your guest-registration duties and documents in one tool.

FEATURES:
• Guest check-in without an account — the guest fills in their details via a QR code and reservation number.
• SES Hospedajes report (Guardia Civil) — automatic generation of the "Parte de viajeros" and "Reserva de hospedaje" XML.
• ID document scanning (passport/DNI/NIE) — guest data fills in automatically.
• Registration card, check-in and check-out, inventory and guest signature — ready-made PDFs.
• Invoices and settlements — clear, in Polish and Spanish.
• Offline assistant — works without internet.

HOW IT WORKS:
Data entered once (reservation, property) automatically fills the registration card, check-in, documents and the SES report.

SECURITY:
Guest documents are encrypted on the device (AES-256). Registration data is retained in line with Spanish legal requirements.

• Guest form: guests fill in their details before arrival and the data goes straight into the registration.
• Calendar: more reliable sync with booking portals, and owner blocks are no longer imported as reservations.
• Backups: more versions kept, and a healthy backup can no longer be overwritten by an empty one.
