### 5/5 — Lack of communication and they don’t use detergent.

*2026-05-07*

Paid for expedited service to receive my clothes in 24 hours, got it in 48 hours. No call or in app chat that my clothes will be delayed. When it came to delivery, driver couldn’t locate my hotel. I had to use in app car tracking to walk towards him a few blocks down , hard to believe that they can’t locate a hotel. Been using bolt and Lyft and they have no trouble locating my hotel. Opening my “washed” clothes, it smelled just like in gave it to them. Gym shirt still smell like I just sweat on it and my shirts I can smell my deodorant. I think they just spin your clothes in water or very minimal detergent.
