I kinda wish there was a free version of the service, i really don’t wanna pay 10$ a month to “last longer”.

This has been great for pelvic floor health, bladder control etc. The only problem is that it will say a session is going to be 5 minutes long and then it's literally 14 minutes long. Trying to maintain a streak, start at 11:46 and it finishes AFTER midnight when it says it's supposed to be 5 minutes long is annoying. Also planning on spending 5 minutes in the day on this then you have to come back because it's 14 minutes long is also annoying. If they can fix that it would be perfect.
