I’ve downloaded so many quit vaping and quit smoking apps and usually delete them after a day. I tried HOLD expecting the same, but it actually stuck. It changed the way I think about vaping and smoking instead of just tracking it. That mindset shift made it way easier to cut down, and for the first time I haven’t relapsed. If you’re serious about quitting vaping, this is worth trying.
