## What is HoldDear?

There are maybe twenty, thirty, fifty people you'd never want to drift from. And yet life gets busy, months slip past, and one day you realize you haven't spoken to someone you love in far too long.

Hold Dear is a quiet little app for exactly that. Not a productivity tool. Not a networking tool. Just a gentle way to keep the people you hold dear close.

How it works
Add the people who matter. Tell Hold Dear roughly how often you'd like to stay in touch — weekly, monthly, a few times a year. 
Each day it brings one or two of them gently to mind. You call, or text, or simply remember. That's the whole of it.
 
No feeds. No streaks. No red badges counting the people you've "missed." Hold Dear will never make you feel behind.

Why it's different
Most apps like this sell you on tending — on being more productive about your relationships. Hold Dear is about something simpler and warmer: the people themselves. The ones you want to keep close for the rest of your life.
