## What is HOLDe?

HOLDe puts a real wall between you and the apps you keep reopening.

Works on iPhone and iPad.

Select apps and websites. Choose when they stay blocked. When you open a blocked app, Apple shows HOLDe’s system shield. There is no Ignore Limit.

• Repeating schedules and temporary blocks
• Focus sessions with a timer
• Parent Mode on the child’s iPhone or iPad (Family Sharing) — not a remote lock from another device
• Weekly HOLDe summaries from sessions you started — not invented Screen Time

HOLDe Pro unlocks the wall. You can authorize Screen Time and choose what to block without Pro. You cannot activate blocking until you subscribe or buy Lifetime.

HOLDe Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Monthly includes a paid one-month introductory price for new subscribers, then the regular monthly price. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

HOLDe does not claim medical outcomes, addiction treatment, or hours of life recovered. Weekly numbers are HOLDe session counts, not Apple Screen Time.
