## What is Holdline?

Holdline is a focus timer built around commitment—not another generic Pomodoro clock.

Before every deep-work block, you sign a small contract: lock one intention, pick a stake, then start. During the session, One-Thing Mode clears the noise so only your promise and the timer remain. If you break the contract, Holdline asks what pulled you away—so patterns become visible, not forgotten.
