## What is Holdover Tools?

Holdover Tools is a field and bench utility app for Canadian precision shooting, handloading, and firearms-reference workflows.

The app includes local calculators, notebooks, and source-linked reference tools for common range and bench questions:

- Range notebook target analysis
- MOA/MIL scope adjustment
- Bullet-drop visualization
- Recoil comparison
- Load-development plotting
- Reloading cost estimates
- Reloading starter kit planning
- PAL/RPAL practice
- Cartridge and caliber reference
- Canadian firearms classification, storage, transport, and ownership context

Most tools are designed to work locally after the app shell is cached. Target photos stay on the device. Weather is optional and only asks for location when the range-weather card is tapped.

Holdover Tools is not a marketplace and does not sell firearms, ammunition, or regulated goods. It is a utility and reference app for lawful Canadian users who want practical calculations, range notes, and source-aware context in one mobile-first workspace.
