## What is HoldoverLive?

HoldoverLive turns the FAA holdover tables, your weather and your NOTAM briefing into one fast, glanceable tool — so you spend the de-icing window flying the operation, not flipping through PDFs.

ZERO TYPING, STRAIGHT TO THE ANSWER
  - Tap the location button: the app finds the nearest reporting aerodrome, pulls the current METAR and SNOWTAM, and decodes them instantly.
  - The decoded weather is applied directly to the FAA tables — the correct holdover cell is highlighted for your fluid, concentration, OAT and precipitation.
  - No signal at the gate? The complete FAA HOT tables (Type I/II/III/IV, winter 2026-27) are bundled in the app and work fully offline.

  A HOLDOVER TIMER THAT FOLLOWS YOU
  - Start the timer when fluid is applied. Lock your phone — the countdown lives on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

- 4 new fluid tables: LNT P250 (Type II), LNT P450, MAX TECH MTL 4-EG and MTL 4-PG (Type IV).
- Updated snowfall-intensity table, allowance-time METAR codes and fluid/LOUT lists.
- Verify buttons now show the original Winter 2026-27 FAA pages.

SMARTER TIMER
- One-tap mark: tap the stopwatch when ground calls "final step begins now" - the holdover clock counts from the real application start, even if you enter fluid details later.
- Or type the start time in UTC; local time and "minutes ago" are shown automatically.
- Entries in the future or too far in the past are rejected; a back-dated start lands directly in the correct color zone.

ALSO
- Airport name is shown with the decoded METAR.
- Fluid list is sorted alphabetically (Generic always on top).
- Fixed: swiping right no longer leaves a blank home screen; manual UTC time entry no longer closes the picker after the hour.
