A few levels later (level 123) I got stuck and there seems to be no way to get past it without spending more money. The hole actually moves they do not control the speed to the point that you can’t reach the goal within the time limit. I first downloaded this on my ipad which is my first con there’s no continuation between your devices. This is apple fault. They allow developers to do this. Every device you download on you have to start at the beginning and no sharing of purchases. So i’m on level 250 on my ipad, level 1 on my iphone. I do see a difference on my iphone at the edge of the screen theres a slight glitch where I can see it want to control the direction of the hole. it’s difficult to collect a decent amount of coins 5 coins for winning is wild. we should be earning minimum 50 coins, and its even harder to earn the rewards in the active pass timeline i played 20 games and don’t remember earning a reward. the function of the game and design is the best in the app store, the reward is meh. ### 3/5 — You can always buy coins! *2025-09-23, version 1.15.19* This would be a great game, but the developers are just greedy. Since the update, they don’t give you enough time to finish levels, but you can buy more coins (which are the 1/2 the amount other games give you) to complete the level. Bombs now end the game and they hide them in things, where before it just made you resize. But again, you can buy more coins to continue. It’s obvious the only thing they are concerned with is finding new ways to get you to buy more coins. They have ruined this game with greed. The previous version, if you hit a bomb, you would shrink in size. The new version forces you to spend 1800. No video to watch to avoid spending the 1800. Obviously intended for it to leach all your coins and force you to spend money to get more. I had 130,000 coins yesterday and now I have 50,000. Im level 5000 and now I’ll delete the game. Shame on you for ruining this great game. If I could give less than 1 star I would. ### 1/5 — New Updates Ruined This *2025-08-20, version 1.15.19* Previously this game was the best of its kind on the App Store - solid level design, minimal ads, and creative puzzles. The most recent updates have not only gouged the only way to earn currency without paying, but also completely changed the way the bombs worked. Where they used to present the challenge of shrinking your hole to size 1, they now end the level and remove all of your bonuses. There are at least five levels where the only way to complete them are to eat multiple bombs, which now means some levels will cost you nearly 8k coins to complete. I recommend skipping this and saving yourself the headache until they make it playable again. I played over 1000 levels before they ruined it, and hope to come back some day if it’s fixed. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — müll *2026-03-29, version 1.20.1* müll ### 1/5 — Stressful and Expensive *2026-02-19, version 1.19.2* As someone who has played 11 “hole” games (each into at least level 150) this is the worst. Started out great but at level 152, not only is there not enough time, but the graphics are not good and I’m currently chatting stupid emojis. When you die, or time elapses, you have to spend extra money to get more time - not just one coin Pack, but multiple. Bad graphics, too little time, and it’s a game that stresses me out. Would not recommend this over many others. ### 1/5 — Glitch! Glitch! Glitch! *2025-11-12, version 1.15.19* If you’re in a tough level with a short timer expect the game to slow down and glitch non-stop. Expect the action to be jerky and random. Expect the hole to freeze, or jump to one side. Expect to pay $$$ or repeat the level over and over and over as it glitches like crazy. Get a rare simple level and the action is like skates on ice. Hmmmm…. Poorly designed game or deliberate sabotage? You be the judge. ### 1/5 — Already burned out on ads *2025-09-21* I have had this app since today. I’m up around level 35. Once I passed level 30 it ask me to pay 10 bucks for no ads EVERY. SINGLE. ROUND. When I don’t I get an ad forced on me. In addition (because I’m not watching the ads; I log off and log back on) it try’s to sell me several different packages every single time I log on. I have no issue paying a few bucks for no ads if I like a game. 10 bucks is too much, and the constant interruptions for sales are too much. **Developer response:** Hi! For example, the bomb you should just make the whole smaller but now you have to pay 1800 credit to continue that round if you swallow a bomb.
