My wife has the old window bar code on her car and she couldn’t add any of the vehicles to her app because it was the other type. It was great for the one vehicle I could list. ### 4/5 — Minnesota Car Wash *2026-03-23, version 2.4.11* I’ve been using this Holiday Car Wash club app for about four years now and it is one of the more used apps. There seems to be a holiday gas station just about every 3 to 4 miles in the Metro area Always use the touchless option because if it is not touchless, there’s the potential for small rocks and or debris left on the car wash from the previous vehicle so always use the touchless option only!! My only complaint and it’s a big one is the number of times the car wash is closed mainly for too cold of weather, but also I’ve seen many times when the car wash is just not working and they’re waiting for maintenance, but as I mentioned above, just go to the next location, a few miles down the road. Overall, it’s the best car wash option available in the state of Minnesota. ### 3/5 — Car wash club *2026-03-08, version 2.4.11* Would be 5 stars as I do enjoy being able to just go and get a car wash whenever I need one. Which is all the time and sometimes more than once a day. But the one by me is down 80% of the time. With the gas prices going up I am not going to go an hour away to the next the car wash. This time it was worse than “normal”. I don’t think it was working right because it never seemed to do the high pressure rinse which to me is the most important part preceded by the soapy wash of course. My wife and I often times drive the same vehicle and both want to get that same car washed. Once you log into the app on someone’s phone, it does not allow somebody else to log into that same account n a different phone even if you’re washing the same car. This is a really bad user experience for folks who share a vehicle. I would give this app five stars all day if they fixed this issue. ### 1/5 — Hate this app *2025-04-03* When it works, great. But that’s depends on a lot of factors like internet connections, Holiday’s network, maybe their terminal is not working, etc. So guess what happens if you wait in line, and there’s cars behind you so you can’t back out? Never had any trouble with any other app. I was told to come back during the day and talk to a manager. Of course I work during the day, so that doesn’t work, had to pay for a month of car washes and have not got one. Found out on their app that not all locations on their map are franchise holidays. Some are locally owned. Got up to the car wash and it initially gave me prompts to move forward with a green arrow. The approached the door and a red X appeared. There were 3 cars behind me so I ended up having to pay for the car wash. I reported it to customer service and they told me the information above. I asked them how the heck am I suppose to know if it’s franchise or locally owned. They told me I would need to go into the store and ask.
