Phone number cannot be saved - it disappears after adding. Communication preference cannot be set as error message that email address not found. Help AI is useless and lower keyboard covers the input screen. It looks like it has barely been been tested. They are worse than useless - if anything goes wrong they just conveniently direct you to the other party, and keep your money. Booked my airport transfer, chose the hotel that i wanted to be taken too only to see that it’s a complete different hotel on the booking confirmation. 2hrs away from where I needed to be. Tried to speak to someone about this as I was left stranded but there was only the bot chats which were completely useless. Tried to speak to help and support, they asked what was the problem but there was nowhere to type the answer in?? Spent 4 days trying to get in contact with them and have gotten nowhere. I have now spent nearly £200 on airport transfer as had to book elsewhere.
