Phone number cannot be saved - it disappears after adding. Communication preference cannot be set as error message that email address not found. Help AI is useless and lower keyboard covers the input screen. It looks like it has barely been been tested. No confidence in using this app. ### 1/5 — Integrierung von Apple Wallet ist Sinnfrei *2026-08-04* Am Parkplatz wird ein QR-Code verlangt, dieser ist nicht bei dem Ticket, was die App ins Wallet legt nicht dabei. Man muss sich selbst den QR Code raussuchen, der bei "Diese Buchung verwalten“ -> "Bestätigung Anzeigen", versteckt ist. Würde mehr Sinn machen, wenn der QR-Code gleich im Wallet auf dem Ticket mit abgebildet wird, wie es bei anderen Anbietern auch der Fall ist. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2026-08-03, version 10.0.3* Just book direct. They are worse than useless - if anything goes wrong they just conveniently direct you to the other party, and keep your money. They also don’t share important information, so you will find that the third party won’t recognise your booking, or will say they had to cancel because of no information. ### 1/5 — Airport transfer *2026-07-30, version 10.0.2* Useless app will never be using this app again and will make sure everyone knows too. Booked my airport transfer, chose the hotel that i wanted to be taken too only to see that it’s a complete different hotel on the booking confirmation. 2hrs away from where I needed to be. Tried to speak to someone about this as I was left stranded but there was only the bot chats which were completely useless. Tried to speak to help and support, they asked what was the problem but there was nowhere to type the answer in?? Spent 4 days trying to get in contact with them and have gotten nowhere. I have now spent nearly £200 on airport transfer as had to book elsewhere. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND MONEY AND DON’T USE THIS APP. ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-07-23, version 10.0.1* Downloaded correctly, email matches with booking but app can’t find booking. Tried several times to no avail. ### 1/5 — Forced download - just email my booking *2026-03-11, version 9.8.7* Don’t know why Holiday Extras make me download this app every time I make a booking. It adds nothing that I couldn’t get via an email with the address of the parking I have booked and the confirmation. Instead I have to download a 100mb app onto my phone (presumably so they can track my data) to find out what I could just have read in an email if they would send one! The only company I know that insists on working this way. Very annoying ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-03-10, version 9.8.7* It showed a booking that hadn’t fully completed and so we turned up to the airport without a parking space . Company no help and cost a fortune for emergency parking ### 1/5 — Buyer beware *2026-02-28, version 9.8.5* I had a voucher from a cancelled booking. Tried to use it for a new booking for car parking but all the money was taken from the credit card. Contacted Customer Services but the voucher can only be used like for like and as this’s booking did not include an overnight stay I could not use it. Tried the ‘if you see same cheaper we will refund the difference’ which is not worth the paper it is written on and is not honoured. Cancellation supposedly free but isn’t as you get a voucher which is difficult to use Poor Service Holiday Extras ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-02-12, version 9.8.4* BEWARE Hidden term changes for large vehicles. Had my pants pulled down 2hrs before flight. Killed my spending money and seriously impacted my holiday.No choice but to pay up.
