Shows I have no earned rewards or towards rewards. Go in there every day. Employees don’t know. Hasn’t worked in 2 years. ### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work *2023-02-05, version 6.14.0* No point in trying the rewards system. These reviews are from years ago and still nothing has changed. I enter my number and the store says that it’s accepting it. Once I check my app next time, there’s literally no history! Stupid company. ### 2/5 — Update the app more *2022-09-11, version 6.14.0* The reward games will start and it takes extra long for it to show up on the app so you are behind several days of chances to get rewards especially if you don’t check the website or play the game from the website so hopefully you fix that problem ### 1/5 — This Rewards Program Is Nonexistent *2022-09-10, version 6.14.0* Don’t bother yourself with signing up for the rewards program or downloading the app. I have used the “Contact Us” twice now to let the Customer Service staff know that my rewards program card isn’t excepted at any pump or in any store. NO RESPONSE. How does one maintain customer loyalty when one doesn’t respond to its customers??? You won’t get any reward points to use for future purchases. Don’t bother! ### 5/5 — 5 stars - people who give 1 star are just whining *2022-09-09, version 6.14.0* App works fine. It’s a gas station so what more do you expect? Sometimes depending on the station being corporate or franchise it makes a difference if the rewards track or work. Not every station participates and that is fine because again, it’s a GAS STATION lol ### 1/5 — Rewards club *2022-08-09, version 6.14.0* My app was not tracking my purchases and I found out that 80 to 90% of the holiday stores in Minnesota do not participate in the sandwich or roller Grill clubs so out of 20 sandwiches I purchased it this year only to counted toward the total. It is not worth it to drive 20 miles for a two dollar sandwich. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2022-06-29, version 6.14.0* Unless you allowed them to track everything including all their cookies you get absolutely zero rewards any of their games you immediately stop winning. So unless you’re willing to let them track and sell your data you’re not going to save your measly 5¢ a gallon or anything. BP works great without tracking you so save your 5¢ a gallon there. So I can’t use any of the features because it doesn’t recognize the store I use. ### 1/5 — God awful app… *2022-05-29, version 6.14.0* The rewards program is awesome, too bad companies would rather save money, and cut corners rather than actually hiring someone who’s competent enough to make a simple app. You could spend $100 and have a great app, but you choose to spend $5, and a Fiverr coder… Not good. ### 1/5 — Features not working *2022-03-31, version 6.11.4* The app (or even manually entering my phone number on the cash register touch screen, for that matter) isn't tracking my purchases anymore, so nothing is counting towards my free rewards. I understand they recently moved to a new system and these "rewards" are now under the "deals" tab, however it doesn't show any progress like the old method did. I like to buy these snacks and drinks specifically because of the earned rewards, so why even bother? Also, suddenly I can't share my prizes in the Fuel Runner game. A message pops up saying, "UPS browser doesn't support sharing." This was never an issue until today. I uninstalled/restarted/reinstalled the app and it gave the same error. I also tried it on another device, same thing. Is this a bug?
