I don’t need the app to ask me every seven days how I want to rate it and then only give me the options of ‘good’ or ‘great’… I don’t need the app to shut off my music to have some computer voice tell me ‘thank you for using the app to wash my car’, and then somehow disrupt the Bluetooth connection so now all my music skips unless I reset my entire car link…. And I would prefer not to have to push eight different buttons just to engage the wash cycle. I would add, I don’t believe there is a single person alive who wants a car wash app that talks to them… please disable the feature of the app hijacking the sound to say thank you or allow users to turn that off in the options. I am seriously only writing this review because the app kept telling me that it wanted me to review it. I have only tried to upload it to my one phone, so it makes no sense, I called their number and for someone to answer for over 10 minutes and no one picked up so I hung up. With car washes going up, you think it would be a little easier and customer service would be a little better. I regularly get error messages when trying to use it. Today I drove to multiple locations and got the same error message. Often times when it is “working” it’s almost impossible to adjust the PSI because the buttons don’t work. I don’t know if that’s on Holiday or Excel air. The minor annoyance I have is how the app is so cumbersome. It seems unnecessary to have to select SEVEN options before getting a car wash. Deleted it off my old phone, which I gave to my daughter. So I tried putting it back on my original phone so I can use it but it still said it wouldn’t install.
