Far easier for booking the kids clubs and activities rather than turning up and if you’re late and the club is full having a disappointed child. The booking of restaurants is clunky, the daily entertainment schedule isn’t on it (still on paper on the board) and certain restrictions like not being able to book an al la carte without booking 100% of the people in your room so if you are looking for a nice meal for two then forget it Id really love to help improve the app with some real testing and feedback! ### 1/5 — Not fit for purpose *2022-07-30* No point having an app that once you’ve booked something you can’t see what you’ve booked. Utterly useless. ### 1/5 — Could not book kids club *2022-06-26* This app does not work for booking kids clubs. My kids missed out because demand for the clubs was too high. I couldn’t get the places I needed across the 3 different clubs. When reps organise booking they can use discretion. But with this app I couldn’t get my kids booked at the same time. So they all went at different times and I never got a break myself. Wish there was a human organising the booking instead. ### 1/5 — Good idea *2021-10-24, version 3.29.0* Great idea but useless. Managed to book one activity on a 10 day holiday, such a shame ☹️ ### 1/5 — Not a 4 star hotel *2021-10-11, version 3.28.0* This is the worst app for a hotel I have every used. ### 1/5 — Dreadful system. *2021-08-19* This has to be the worst way to book activities while on holiday. The way some activities are booked 48 hours in advance, others 16 hours and then others 20.5 hours is ludicrous. Due to COVID availability is reduced which I get of course, but the fact you have to set alarms, hover over the button at the exact moment the activity becomes available and then still fail to get a booking is ludicrous. It’s literally turning a relaxing holiday into a stressful experience with kids disappointed they can’t do anything. Excellent at giving you options for all age groups plus has options for adults only for all the mums and dads wanting to get away from there children they can relax or do adults only activities whilst the children are joining in on some amazing activities such as stage, football or swim academy or doing some of the water polo or other activities it is such a nice way to enjoy your holiday with relaxation knowing when your sessions are or what sessions there are and how much they are and how to book. I would really recommend downloading great for all information. ### 5/5 — Amazing *2023-06-01* It told me where all the activities were on the site would recommend. All of the activities were there and you just go to them after booking on the app or finding the activities the kids wanted to go to. This should have been here since they built the holiday parks.
