Kundensupport geht auf Probleme nicht ein. Sitterin hat den Termin verpennt, wir sind umsonst angereist. Keine Möglichkeit dies bei Storno anzugeben. Servicegebühren werden einbehalten und auf AGBs verwiesen. Null Toleranz - kein Interesse an Kundenbindung. An Dreistigkeit nicht zu toppen. Vertrauen in der App nicht mehr vorhanden.
