Ich gebe immer an das wir mit Haustier reisen, es werden mir aber immer auch reichlich Unterkünfte angezeigt die keine Haustiere erlauben. Sogar wenn ich den Filter in der Ausstattung nochmal setze. Was die Kosten angeht oder die Bestätigung ist zum Teil auch nicht klar ob der Hund nun berücksichtigt wurde oder nicht. 
Unterkünfte die ich langfristig speichern wollte, unabhängig eines Reisedatums, sind irgendwann gelöscht. 
Die App macht so wenig Spaß. Andere sind da zuverlässiger

Im Januar haben wir unser Ferienhaus für den Sommer in Sizilien gemietet. Eine Buchungsbestätigung haben wir direkt erhalten auf eine Zahlungsaufforderung oder Zahlungsdetails warten wir bis heute. Die Zahlung muss bis Mitte Juni erfolgen. Der Kontakt mit Holidu läuft nur noch über einen sehr schlechten ChatBot, der auch nichts kann. Selbst die Weiterleitung an den eigentlichen Kundenservice kann er nicht. Nach einigem hin und her konnte ich ihm die Mailadresse vom Support entreißen. Warte jetzt auf eine Rückmeldung, bin gespannt.

### 1/5 — Nie wieder- Laut und Ekelhaft

Wir haben über Holidu gebucht und eine Unterkunft direkt neben zehn Hunden mit Gejaule und Gestank wie im Hundezwinger bekommen. Nach Beschwerde bei Holidu mit zigmal hin und herschreiben mit Fotos und Beweisvideo von 1300 für eine Woche nur 200 € vom Vermieter zurückbekommen. Leider hat Holidu angeblich keine eigenen Möglichkeiten der Kompensation. Normalerweise müsste man einen Anwalt einschalten, aber keine Lust auf weiteren Ärger. Sehr ärgerlich und enttäuschend, deswegen nie wieder Holidu!

Die Suche lässt sich auf dem IPhone nicht mehr starten. Die App friert nach dem laden gänzlich ein. Auf einem alten iPad hingegen keine Probleme

This seems to be very bad policy of your company
I have since been asked to update my review and again say that you are still advertising the property with the same pictures of a property which is misleading potential renters. This is highly dishonest

Sauberkeit der Terasse , und der Dusche sowie der Bettwäsche lässt zu wünschen übrig , mangelnde Ablage Möglichkeiten in der Dusche sowie im ganzen Bad für Körperpflegeutensilien , die Küche zu dunkel und zu eng , wenig Tageslicht in der ganzen Wohnung , mangelnde Pflege im Aussenbereich , zum Beispiel ein Dornenzweig direkt im Augenbereich des Wohnungseingangs. Kein Internet und kein Handynetz , im heutigem Zeitalter ein No Go .
