## What is Holistal?

We all know that our food choices and eating habits have an effect on our health, but most of us don't know how they affect our energy levels, sleep quality and even our emotional state.  Yes, that’s right. To some extent several areas of our wellbeing could be explained and improved by nutrition.

The HOLISTAL Health app will help you sustain a healthy lifestyle by supporting you in long-term behavioral change. By breaking down large tasks into smaller ones, you will learn new habits through repetition. Meanwhile, you collect points that can be converted into tangible rewards from your employer.

Scientifically developed, our approach has been created with health professionals specialising in nutrition and behaviour.

Complete an ASSESSMENT in order to get an overview of your wellbeing and personalised actions to perform. 
START A CHALLENGE that will take you one step closer every day to reaching your health goals.
BUILD HABITS THAT STICK by repeating small actions with high impact.
DISCOVER PERSONALISED RECIPES based on your food preferences.
COLLECT POINTS and win prizes from your employer.

NOTE: The HOLISTAL App is only available to registered organisations and employees, accounts are supported by your employer or health plan. If you do not have access, ask your benefits administrator or HR manager to contact HOLISTAL today.
