Doesn't work anymore and the app support takes you to a page that doesn't exist
Could be so much better
If you run your phone in dark mode it’s all but impossible to use so I have to change it every time just to log jobs.
And you have to input your password and username every time to log in, I brought this up with our IT who told us the developers said it’s apparently a security issue , to be able to remember the password or use Face ID to log in yet all major banks think it’s safe enough ?
Please sort it out having to use this every day and having to adjust the colours of my phone is just as annoying

A total hindrance I'm forced to use.
Quite possibly the worst cmms.
Crashes for a pastime, losses info when filling out task details.
Regularly displays multiple duplicate jobs.
Freezes when trying to close jobs.
Sometimes won't allow you to fill in drop down selections then won't allow to go back to the home page because not all info filled in.
Sometimes looses jobs completely, never to be found again.
Requires refreshing a module just to be shown a notification that a refresh is required in order to update task lists.
Unintuitively laid out. Eg shows option for deleting the job you're completing when adding resource times but home page doesn't have a "create a job" option without going into a specific module like all outstanding work orders.
Doesn't always accept the time details entered and then tells you the completion time cannot be before the start time forcing you to renter all the details again as it won't necessarily indicate what detail is the problem.
The web version is also horrendous to use and the system in general also doesn't audit trail details that really should be tracked. Ie no trace of who's deleted a job.
