It essentially does not work. Often cannot login. Deck plans do not show. Menu buttons take you elsewhere outside the app. Cannot add events. Cannot see account statement (unable to show at this time). Cruise would be much better if I did not know the app existed. Continuous errors. ### 1/5 — Barely functional. Why, Holland America, why? *2026-08-18, version 26.32.00* One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. The actual app features rarely work, giving random error messages, and many of the features that you think would be in the app actually just open a website—which may or may not work! Be prepared to login again and again! How fun! Holland America really needs to do better, because this app is the worst part of an otherwise exceptional cruise experience ### 1/5 — This app just sucks! *2026-08-16, version 26.32.00* Can we please get some qualified app developers please? This app feels like a high school project gone wrong. Nothing intuitive or pleasant about it at all. It’s not only useless, it’s taking up precious resources on my phone that could be dedicated to an app that really is beneficial! Either make it really work or stop pretending and just get rid of it! It’s the biggest problem I have with Holland America. Everything else is great but the app is unreliable ### 2/5 — Useless app *2026-08-04, version 26.30.00* This app is practically useless. You view the daily activities and try to add them to your itinerary but they don’t add. ### 1/5 — The year 1995 came to this app *2026-08-03, version 26.30.00* This app looks like IT was coded in the 90s other than the photos. Not intuitive, not easy to use and customers are clearly not the center of their digital footprint. How does it look like its rating is over 4.5 stars? I’m not buying it. ### 4/5 — Great app on one device *2026-07-25, version 26.30.00* This works really well if you use their WiFi and just use one device . You can turn off on one device and open on another , but I typically had issues doing that. If you want to use your iPad and your phone (example) I’d suggest getting the more expensive multiple device WiFi package . ### 2/5 — Not Useful *2026-07-22, version 26.28.00* While on board I was unable to login and connect (even though the phone was connected to the ship WiFi) more than 50% of the time making the app less useful. I guess they prioritise WiFi paying passengers. Sometimes the app didn’t even seem to know what ship I was on so I couldn’t even use it in anonymous most. ### 2/5 — Can’t plan *2026-07-21, version 26.28.00* I’m unable to create my itinerary Every time I select something from the daily program, I get an error message that tells me “something went wrong “ and “to try later”! ### 5/5 — Looks great! *2026-07-13, version 26.28.00* Love the new look and feel.
