Extremely hard to cash out! *2021-03-18, version 1.3.0* Like I said. You actually do win and they take your money with NO problems. Withdrawing your winnings is where the issues come. They do EVERYTHING in their power to make you gamble that money back out again. You can try to contact them but they give you the run around as much as they can until you get real help. I think the bonus cash program is a little lackluster as you only really get free play when you add money to your account. While they state withdrawal review and approval can take up to 72hr. I’ve experienced available funds mostly in less than 12hrs. Unfortunately, my experience with Hollywood has taken mostly all of 48-72hr. I assume this is do to less staff than the other casino. Of the technical issues, I’ve had a difficult time contacting support and delayed response time. The chat option hasn’t worked on my iPhone platform. Also, when I emailed support, it was slow and actually hasn’t solved the issue despite being email that it was resolved. It’s been too frustrating to attempt contacting them since, so I have a few games that I haven’t been able to play for probably a month, including the popular progressive jackpot game “Divine Fortune”. Depositing was easy, the promo was amazing - 100% match on first two deposits for a total of $502 bonus, with only 1x play through requirement. That’s unheard of, when most apps require 10x-20x. Lot of games to play, won a decent amount and had a withdrawal approved in less than 24 hours with no hassles. Other than long wait times for customer service, it’s a pretty good app all around. ### 4/5 — One of the BEST online casino sites out!!! *2021-02-19, version 1.2.0* I am an AVID online gambler- I have accounts on every legal gaming site in PA, so I am extremely familiar with each site/app & their practices. That being said, Hollywood Casino has come a LONG way in a relatively short period of time. Their sign on bonus isn’t the greatest but it’s definitely better than some other casino apps that have NONE! (*cough* *PaRx CaSiNo* *cough*) And their loyalty affiliates (mychoice rewards) are the best I’ve experienced as well- they give you an extra $10 casino comp just to download the mychoice rewards app & link your account! ...Not only do I have zero complaints since opening my account with them, but I have actually (especially as of late!) grown to love the Hollywood Casino app. It’s in my top 3 at the moment for online casino sites! I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 bc I haven’t personally had any experiences yet with customer service so I couldn’t give an honest opinion on that subject one way or another. Like adding in a personal promotional area maybe call it the players “red carpet room” it could include all of the players promotional options and even add in random rewards, points for logging in and playing at least $10-25 you know eye catching deals and rewards. Adding in just this one feature alone would be helpful this way we can all feel special and it’s so much easier to get promotional stuff from the app as opposed to having to check just emails. I’ve been playing Hollywood online for over 2 years and I’ve experienced many things with them that was unethical but I love their games. I rarely played live blackjack but I have been forced to because first person blackjack no longer loads for me to play even though I’ve done all the technical things possible for it to work. My friends and family play it fine but they blocked me. I want to close my account with Hollywood but then that takes my fun away. I believe they should be accountable for stealing peoples money right in their face and making sure they don’t win from games of their choice. I did successfully access one slot machine but when I went to try other games I kept getting error messages saying try an other server. I only have access to one server and it handles other video games and even Penn Nationals social non real money games with no problem. I would’ve deposited much less had this been clearly explained from the beginning. Massive Cheating *2020-10-22, version 1.1.3* Not a doubt in my mind that this casino is cheating. Repeatedly and constantly closes the game your playing when a winning spin materializes. Infuriating! I can’t believe this is a licensed casino. I have lost so many what should have been wins due to being suddenly booted out of the game to the lobby with a message “the game is currently unavailable”. Just one example of hundreds- the gold coins start to fill up the screen in the game fortune coin, and poof, the game disappears and I’m back in the lobby with what should have been a win, gone and stolen. However when it comes to winning and actually accessing your winnings you have to verify your information like 1,000 times. Even if you already won before they make you jump through so many hoops. Also you have to chase down your promotions. I have seen promotions for games they don’t even have available to play and when questioned they just ignore it. Trying to live chat, if they don’t want to deal with your questions they just end the chat and blame it on connection, even though you have been gaming for an hour with no connection issues.
