### 1/5 — It’s not loading past the star on the new girl

I don’t want to reach out to you on Facebook to get help but I’ve been playing this game just about a year now and I’ve already missed two or more days because it continues to act like it’s loading but it’s not there are no new updates and I need this fixed immediately. I need help and I miss my game.

This game has a great storyline that actually holds my attention, something which games don’t usually do. However, the higher up in the levels you go the harder it is to win. Most of the time it takes me 10+ goes to win, using multiple boosters or diamonds then when you do win you only get 300 coins… most items cost 525 or more coins! I’m only in season 2 of the game but like level 450 which is ridiculous. I’m getting fed up of playing 50 levels to progress through the season. Such a shame as I really loved this game at first.

Скачала игру спустя полгода заново. Как всегда ничего не меняется. Супер сложные уровни на 2 хода, играть надо бесконечно чтобы пройти 1 уровень. Целое поле бустеров никак не повлияет и не поможет на прохождение уровня и выполнение задания. Сейчас вот на крайнем уровне последнюю разбитую чашку на последнем ходе не смогла добить, хотя рядом сложилась нужная комбинация!!! Ну как так то?? Вы что там совсем уже с ума посходили от своей жадности? Бесконечная реклама, постоянное навязывание платного продукта, и никак не отключить. 
А, ну и бесконечные диалоги за 450 монет, которые я просто скипаю, которые вообще мне не упали, не интересны совершенно, это конечно отдельная история 🤭😂😂 

Давайте, напишите мне, чтобы я отправила вам на почту предложение по улучшению игры❤️‍🔥 Вы же совсем совсем совсем не игнорируете игроков, ни в поддержке в игре, ни по почте 🥰

Disappointed as the story line is the exact same as Hollywood Merge, I was hoping for a similar game but different story line and different outfits as I love the merge one. The levels in this take absolutely forever to load aswell, don’t have this issue with anything other games or apps on my phone so it is not my internet that is the issue. I have decided to remove the app after I have wrote this review. Just lazy to make a new game with the exact story line, characters and outfits as the other one. What’s the point?

皆さんが書かれている通り、最初の頃は慣れずとも少しずつ進んでいましたが、レベルが上がるうちに全く進まなくなりました。
絵がとても綺麗で衣装も色々あり、物語もワクワクしながら遊べていました。
せっかく楽しみにプレイしていたのに最近はストレスになってきました。
本当にもったいないです。
プレイ続行にダイヤ900個なんて厳しすぎる。
せっかく広告なしで最高だと思っていたのに、後半は課金前提なのでしょうか？
もう少しムーブ回数を増やすとか救済を増やして欲しいです。
このままだとストレスが溜まるのでやめてしまいそうです。
