They treat there vip players awful ### 1/5 — This app is trash *2023-09-22* I’ve used this app as my primary horse racing wagering app for years. The app gets worse as time goes. I always have to X out of the app and log back in for it to work. The video has a 5-10 second delay. There are much better apps out there and it’s time for everyone and myself to switch. ### 1/5 — Useless app and staff *2023-05-11* Well, your password will suddenly stop working for no reason. The verification codes they send you don’t work. Their staff can’t wait to put you off or ignore you. When I tried to close out the app and get my balance back (despite at least 30 attempts to get another password, they advised I had to go into their account link and do withdrawal quite a trick since I couldn’t get into the app. I still don’t have the money I won. Foreign staffers. God awful. ### 1/5 — Buyer Beware *2023-05-02* This is the only app in Maine we can use to bet on harness racing. Their deposit process is archaic and after 6 days the money I put in has long cleared my bank account and is still being held by them and not anything I can use to play. If I was HR I would be embarrassed by this app. And, on top of it all, I can’t even request my money be returned to me without trying to call them as I haven’t completed their requirements for ACH deposits. No exaggeration! Customer service is always apologetic but they haven’t made any changes to improve on this issue. All they offer is excuses. I say tried, because I have had so many issues, that I have yet actually been able to bet on a horse race. Every other betting app has you betting in minutes. Takes you forever to make a bet ,is not user-friendly does not respond with balances quickly ..many times gives the wrong balance.. very difficult to read .I could go on and on I actually thought it was a joke! For real!The previous format was MUCH better and HAD actually referred many people to the Hollywood races phone /computer app. ANd to the Casino as well. It s with great reservation did I could ever refer a horse player to this app. Unless of course I want to make several enemies. All this and the app is horrible to navigate and use. Wouldn't waste your time.
