## What is Hollywood Talent Manager?

Build your talent agency from nothing and compete for Hollywood's biggest roles. Hollywood Talent Manager is a multiplayer talent agency simulation where you compete against other players and AI agencies in a shared world. Sign actors, submit them for casting calls, train their skills, and climb the leaderboard.

Each league runs for about 24 real-time days across 2 award seasons. Every ~12 days, a full awards season culminates in three parody ceremonies — the Hollywoo Critics' Circle, the Screen Actors' Guild of Hollywoo, and the coveted Starcars. Run FYC campaigns, schmooze the circuit, and deliver a winning speech when your actor takes the stage. When the final ceremony ends, the agency with the most Starcars wins is crowned champion.

  KEY FEATURES
  • Casting calls drop every 4 hours — scout and submit your best actors
  • Train actors across 8 genres: comedy, drama, action, horror, sci-fi, romance, thriller, voiceover
  • Navigate PR crises, press junkets, sabotage, and director phone calls
  • Pick up micro-gigs for side income between big auditions
  • Compete in award seasons with FYC campaigns and schmooze strategies
  • Climb the leaderboard across a ~24-day league season
  • Unlock new mechanics as you progress from "Fresh Off the Bus" to "Hollywood Player"

  Free to play.

### 5/5 — For being a new game a 1 dev…

*2026-03-31*

This game has potential. I saw it posted on a Reddit forum randomly one night. I’ve been playing for a few days and the idea is there. Personally I like it and am excited to see what happens with it in the future. Does it have some quirks? Yes but I don’t think this game is even a week old. So there is bound to be some hiccups. It’s a game that doesn’t need babied 24/7. There’s even a point where you can have a staff member do everything while you’re away. Perfect for those days when I’m busy or at night when I’m sleeping. Please never get rid of that feature.

### 1/5 — Why vibe coding is bad

*2026-03-27*

Obviously vibe coded, bad image and logo generation, only ai opponents and worst of all excessive ads.

**Developer response:** Hey, appreciate the feedback. A few quick notes:

The game is fully multiplayer... human players share the world alongside AI agencies.
You may have joined during a quieter period, but other players are in there competing for the same roles and actors.

On ads — fair point. I'm actively tuning ad frequency to find the right balance, and there's an ad-free option available via purchase.

Image generation is something I'm continuously improving as well. If you give it another shot down the road, I think you'll notice a difference.

### 1/5 — AI SLOP

*2026-03-27*

Fake app that uses ai for code, systems are broken and none of the statistics line up with what is happening in game.

**Developer response:** Hi, thanks for trying Hollywood Manager! Sorry you hit a rough patch... a surge of 300 players in one hour caused some server issues, but that's been fixed.

If any specific stats or systems still feel off, I'd love to hear about it! Shoot me a message at francis.w.rheaume@gmail.com

I'm a solo dev and actively pushing updates, so real feedback goes a long way.
