Using this for Portugal (because they’re too lazy to make one) and it’s a total mess.

### 1/5 — El cambio de Holmes a We One ha sido nefasto

Todo ha ido mal con este cambio… antes el gimnasio era pro cliente, nos mimaba y escuchaba, respondía y cuidaba.

Ahora es una empresa que lo único que le importa es un cambio de imagen (cutre), llenar de máquinas, cobrar por todo, incluso si tienes baja médica por cáncer o embarazo de riesgo te hacen pagar, un monto de dinero, una cuota “por no ir” muy elevada… además no se han preocupado de lo básico, no han cuidado las humedades ni las cucarachas, pero si han pintado de blanco… fatal… somos varias las clientas que estamos no solo desilusionadas, si no que decepcionadas y buscando otro gym. Además no responden a los reclamos, ni siquiera un “le responderemos en breve”, nada de nada. Subieron los precios, a los clientes antiguos no, pero si las nuevas suscripciones.

NO OS LO RECOMIENDO en absoluto. 
Una empresa comercial sin vistas a la experiencia del cliente.

Me parece una mala idea el tener que reservar clases con tanta antelación por la aplicación. Ya es difícil buscar un hueco para ir al gym como para tener que volar para conseguir un hueco en alguna clase. Llevo mil años en este gimnasio pero me estoy proponiendo cambiar por esta razon

Conozco Holmes Place desde el año 2005 primero en Diversia y después en el Dreams.

Ha sido un gym fantástico hasta el 2020.
Actualmente no merece la pena pagar una cuota de esa cuantía por distintos motivos. 

- Clases con aforos tan grandes que hay veces que es incómodo moverse en clase. No digamos cuando logras apuntarte a una clase muy solicitada parece que te ha tocado la lotería. 

- El club “parece” que hace un favor a los socios admitiéndoles en el gym con ofertas y después te das cuenta de que es una “trampa” con cláusulas draconianas para los clientes.

- El club parece no entender que al “maltratar” a sus clientes, que son los que pagan y sostienen el negocio, eso es “pan de hoy y hambre para mañana”. Pero business is business YA MISMO 

- El club se está deteriorando. Instalaciones envejecidas como por ej. paredes desconchadas, piscina que falla cada 2 por 3. Etc

Lo que si quiero resaltar es el excelente nivel de los monitores. Son extraordinarios. La pena es que los socios que llevamos mucho tiempo en Holmes hemos visto desfilar multitud de ellos que por diferentes motivos ya no trabajan allí. Esos motivos, en muchas ocasiones, se acaban sabiendo y mejor no hablar.

Por si acaso queréis un “feed back”
 En los vestuarios se comenta el descontento que hay, sobretodo en los socios antiguos que hemos visto como el club está empeorando.

Resumiendo: el Club se olvida de que hay que tratar bien a los clientes para tenerlos contentos y no pensando en borrarse.
