I’m as a reservation for a car to come pick us up, which had accepted, and nobody came. Now I’m trying to get a driver and no one is responding. Also the app is a little primitive. It does not have access to keychain so you have to enter your credentials every time. This is super annoying. I’m back to Uber now. ### 2/5 — Can’t log in *2021-07-27* I created an account and booked a ride. Since then I have not been able to log back in or reset my password. I called holoholo and my reservation is there. I deleted and reinstalled the app and I still can’t log in or reset my password. Says my account doesn’t exist. Booked and paid in advance for airport pickup only to have them cancel the reservation after I arrived and letting them know I was ready for pick up. No drivers available. What’s the point of a reservation? Great - thanks for leaving me hanging. They claim they going to refund me - we’ll see. I am sorry to say that I probably won’t be using this service. This services has fees that are higher than my normal Uber or Lyft rides. Somehow I can’t even tap on anything to get things going. The app is simple to use, drivers are friendly, and I love that it’s a local company. Reliable rides at fair prices—I’ll choose Holoholo every time over the big national apps. ### 5/5 — Excellent Service *2025-02-23* Booked my ride in advanced to get from the airport to my hotel in Honolulu. Driver was amazing and we talked story the entire time. They are a fairly new company so I understand that on-demand rides are hard to come by until they have more drivers…but if you like to plan ahead, choose these guys because they are local! ### 5/5 — Oahu transportation was awesome. request Brandon as your driver *2024-09-07* We used this app on our vacation worked well when booking in advance. Our driver Brandon was just amazing. If you want to experience the islands and learn the Hawaiian Culture Brandon is definitely the driver. Brandon communicated with us before even arriving to the island and when we arrived guided us every step of the way. He definitely was our highlight of our vacation and now a lifetime friend or as he said Ohana. ### 5/5 — Best in the business *2023-07-18* Filipo Sipilii was our driver in Hawaii and to be honest-I think we miss him more than Hawaii. We feel like he became part of our family! He took amazing care of me and my family! Trustworthy, punctual, kind, funny, an advocate when needed, accommodating and a wealth of information! We miss you Fil! If you can book with him-we highly recommend you do! 💜💜💜 ### 5/5 — Great ride on island *2021-12-27* Booked ride to airport day in advance, couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Don’t get this app confused with the driver app, they look similar but that’s for the drivers! My ride was early, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and funny. Mahalo! ### 5/5 — Reliable services *2021-08-10* I got picked up in Kauai with them, and by a very friendly driver Holly, even though I booked a shuttle with their partner company Speedi shuttle. I’m happy that they are able to arrange rides for me and everyone is reliable expecially John when communicating about the time and driver etc. My trip in Kauai went out great thanks to them. I’d love to support local business like Holoholo when I travel in Hawaii next time. ### 5/5 — Worked great *2021-08-04* Used Holoholo many times during our stay in Kauai, and we had no problems at all with any of our pickups. They were even able to accommodate unexpected changes we had to our itinerary and were very communicative to make sure we did not miss any excursions or flights. We were a little apprehensive at first, since this is still a new service, but our minds were put at ease for the rest of the trip after our first scheduled ride with our incredible driver Holly, who was equally hospitable as she was knowledgeable about the island.
