When I put the button “Explain the Poem” it’s just don’t work. It’s answer “Error loading explanation”. Please fix that problem. **Developer response:** Hello, The problem has been fixed a few weeks ago, please update the app and give it a try :) Julien ### 4/5 — Great readings *2025-12-01* I love that the app explains the verses to you for a clearer understanding, I also like the bookmark, highlight, and notes feature very convienant I don’t like that you have to pay for a membership for the whole bible it should be free to read the word ### 4/5 — regular *2025-10-08, version 2.1.9* la biblia debria deser gratis en todos sus ambitos... I have to get my bible out to finish reading. But that’s minor and hopefully someday will be revised. **Developer response:** Hello! Thank you for your kind feedback. Since then, we’ve significantly improved the app and fixed the issue with missing verses. If you still notice any problems, please contact us at digital.bible.app@gmail.com. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Cost *2026-08-14* If I could give 0 stars I would. Bible apps should be free, not a free trial but free. By having to pay for the app, you could be preventing someone who is trying to get to know God better or get closer to God from doing so. Everything should not have a cost to it. When I discovered there was a cost I immediately deleted the app. ### 1/5 — Приложение не грузится!!!! *2026-08-01* Ничего там не грузиться, плохо работает приложение **Developer response:** Здравствуйте! Мне очень жаль, что приложение работает некорректно. Я хотел бы помочь разобраться. Please update to the latest version, and contact us at digital.bible.app@gmail.com if you still experience any problems. There are alot of Bible apps that attempt to help with this, but Bible Expert is really working to bring a full experience across the Apple Ecosystem. It brings in a full synchronization of highlights and notes across macOS iOS and iPadOS, and with watchOS capability, it’s great! Other Bible apps seem to leave out either one “OS” or don’t sync notes and highlights, but this one does a great job. Another great feature is translations. It’s so important to see different translations and the range PLUS offline capability is wonderful especially when you attend a church that doesn’t have great connectivity. Even translations like the NRSV-EU are here for a more academic approach. I have been working with the AI as well and feel it brings a well-balanced approach to hermeneutics even in dealing with challenging issues. It didn’t feel like it was pushing too much doctrine or bias in the response. The support has been great as well. The developer has been good at responding and has a great technical eye. Right now I’m to the point where I’m deleting my other Bible apps to fully test this as my primary digital consumption of Scripture. ### 5/5 — Beautiful app!! *2026-09-25* This is an amazing app! I love this. It’s so cool that you get to ask any questions about the Bible and Christianity!! ### 5/5 — Austan Sullivan Martin🧡 *2026-09-21* I love how you can download two versions to refer back to for studying! And the reminders keep me consistent, which is a skill I’ve been working towards! Thank you for this app, may you consider changing the cross depictions, my church Church of God A Worldwide Association, Inc.💟☪️✝️☮️ (don’t tell them I put the cross emoji!) ### 5/5 — Becoming my GO TO Bible app on Apple Ecosystem! *2026-07-29* Our consumption of Scripture is an important component of our daily walk in faith.
