Seriously beautiful, wonderfully written and a gift to mind and soul. This is a must have for the students and adepts. The actual cards and book are so worth it but this makes it accessible on the go and while you're waiting in line or needing a mind sandwich( to think on during lunch or whenever) . It's a super deal to delight the senses. Buy it! ### 5/5 — fantastic app *2015-11-23* I own the hard copy of this deck and it is exquisite but its loveliness is raised several more octaves when the cards are transparent and illuminated as in this app. Moreover, the "swipe and magnify" feature of the iPad allows the user to enjoy and imbibe effortlessly the incredible detail in each card. The app offers a wide variety of spreads and reading cloths, and there is even a beautiful journal feature where readings may be stored. The accompanying book is rich in divinatory and scholarly detail, and would be a great starter text for anyone interested in a career in divination, as well as for the amateur. If you are interested in astrology and know your birth chart and track your transits, watch how the astrological designations on the cards in your readings intersect with your personal astrological parameters. I just opened my hard copy of the deck which I ordered about 5 minutes after I got the app. I'm surprised to say that the cards themselves are even more astounding than the app, the colors more vibrant- the two together make an unbeatable tool, and I could hardly be more pleased. The one thing that would make this better, as has been said, would be a more extensive manual. This is true for the physical deck as well. More background information would be a plus. Was recommended this app and it’s a lot of fun! Great on the go study companion for a very rich deck. It’s tiding me over until I can get the physical books (the app only has book 1) and mark them up with notes properly. This app does allow for note taking and journaling. I had originally found her book in my searches for the perfect tarot handbook - something to compliment any deck I’m reading with and I had discovered her book - one of those with actual pages ! It’s fabulous. The depth of each essay on every card - her writing style, how thoroughly each and every card is expressed through traditional and complimentary tarot’s - the valuable astrological significances .... it’s like a micro encyclopedia of mega macro importance. If you have the cash flow definitely get online and support the author - she makes the very nice copies of the book available as well - what’s amazing tho is in the app - inside of this tiny little icon on my screen is essentially the whole of the book that she’s compiled over years of dedicated studies and shares it with the whole world - it takes my device and gives it a crown chakra of its own. Totally surreal - and lemme tell ya from my own anecdotal experience - the universe seems to have no qualms or difficulty’s communicating through the electric light of the phone deck as it does through my cards at home. A thousand thousand cheers for this stellar service to the digital mystics of the now !) ohhh and I believe the author has a tarot university online as well ... hmmmm notwprth diferences of this continental style are some of the card attributions when it comes to the major arcana and they’re homes on the tree of life for those out there walking the paths on the tree - I noticed right away that some of the locations were different from the attributions assigned by others - of course Crowely’s Thoth deck and I noticed even from attributions expressed by Stephen Hoeller another favorite teacher inside the gnostic tradition. Cheers. ### 5/5 — A Tarot that Continually Refreshes *2019-04-01* I didn’t know how I was going to feel about the physical deck at first. I already owned the Tarot of the Spirit and this seemed to satisfy the imperious urge to read. So initially, I used this app more often than the physical deck, which I also own. The app is great in that it also has text from the book and is very simple to use. For me one thing led to another. I bought the deck, bought the app, loved the app and the spot on readings, bought the book, bought the coloring book, and recently ordered the other book. The app delivers a great product and is a simple way to carry your deck with you when you might not otherwise be able to carry the deck. I feel like the readings are quite direct and very accessible. You have the option of journaling your reading and also have access to the essays about each card, should you choose to explore them. User friendly and simple interface. Sure to take you to a deep place, wherever you may be. If you love esoteric tarots and you enjoy the Tarot of the Holy Light, this is the best way to use it when you don’t have your deck.
