I didn’t take time to really look at and think about each verse. I downloaded this app because I’m giving up social media and was looking for something good that I can scroll with positive feedback. I was surprised because this literally shows the Bible 1 verse at a time. At first I was mildly annoyed because I had to scroll up for the next verse, but as I read it I found myself really taking in each verse without the pressure to move on to the next to finish the chapter. I have realized that even though it is the same thing, it is a lot easier for me to get in a habit of reading the Bible on this app than it is in person. The scrolling factor really helps me focus on one verse at a time instead of getting stressed from all the words and chapters on each page. I really like this because it's one verse at a time and I tend to mix lines when it's long paragraphs of text at a time.
