I bought an episcopal cord in October and it arrived in perfect condition; it was beautiful. But in less than a month of use, even though it wasn't very frequent, the cord began to fade and a gold section on the back turned white. Not to mention that the hook that holds the pectoral cross turned white and lost its gold plating. Similarly, in December I ordered four In Primis chasubles and the same thing happened; in less than a month they began to deteriorate, even though they were in good condition, hanging in a cabinet. I really like the prices, but the long-term quality is poor.

I created an account with them and placed an small first order to try it out; all was good. Second order a big one because it was looking good at first; and I haven’t received my 2nd order, it looks like my package is missing because they didn’t submit the correct address which I double checked and when I placed the order it was correct in the the app (same address as the first order) but somehow they didn’t put my correct address. I’m having a lot of issues and hard time with UPS to fix this issue, I emailed the app about this order that I was expecting before Thanksgiving and I still haven’t received a response. Very bad customer service. I won’t ever buy from them again.

Ce sont des voleurs !!! Non seulement, vous ne recevez pas votre marchandises, mais en plus de ça, ils ne sont pas capable de vous rembourser non plus !!  
Faites très attention a ses arnaqueurs !!!

The app works well in the main, however it would appear that the language selection determines which country and currency to use. Living in Portugal if I set the language to English ( my first language ), all measurements are in inches and the currency defaults to UK£. Changes are not saved. The only solution is to use Portuguese.
