I love the design of this app! It’s all so clean and crisp. The meditations are also amazing, her voice is soothing. I did a 9 minute energy meditation while on a bus and it was extremely relaxing. Can’t wait to dive into all the other ones!

I never knew how much I needed this until I tired it. From the moment you open it the calming sounds, gentle visuals and soothing guidance create an insistent sense of peace. Whether I am stressed, anxious or just need a mind reset, this app works like magic. It’s like carrying a pocket sized spa and therapist everywhere I go LOL. If you crave calm in a chaotic world this is the app!
