The app is completely unusable due to repeated server errors (500 / 504 Gateway Timeout). I couldn’t even log in to access critical visit details. Reinstalling didn’t help, hotline is unreachable, and support response is slow. This isn’t a minor inconvenience — it affects real appointments and puts users at risk of being unfairly penalised for “no-shows” due to system failures. An app handling essential services needs far better reliability and contingency support. Very disappointed.
